Stage 1 Rebuilding process
Our rebuild process has many stages, but starts with in-depth inspection of each trailer and a planned costing and rebuild schedule, we then start the with a total strip down of the trailer, and make good the panels and framework, stripping the paint work and removing any rust, before any re welding or replacing framework prior to adding additional framework in the desired locations for vending hatches and personal doors.

Stage 2 Rebuilding process
The most important area of any trailer conversion is the under gear, the chassis and running gear which the framework sits on, this is crucial to road safety and your insurance, unless the axles and hitch are in perfect condition, which is really only on later models, we will service the existing equipment but replace all brakes, bearings, seals and brake cables, we will also upgrade the towing hitch, for older vintage horsebox trailer have axles and brake systems that are no longer available so we replace the entire running gear with up to date equipment, and to finish this stage we fit weatherproof Phenolic Resin Hardwood flooring.

Stage 3 Rebuilding process
Once the frame work and under gear rebuild process is complete, the walls and are re fitted to the framework before installing the new vending hatch and personal doors to the body starting on the interior process, we are then at the stage of discussing the individual customers bespoke internal design requirements prior to starting the fit out, this includes the first stage of wall and ceiling installation, 240 v electric lights and placement of 240 v sockets, internal walling and insulated roof panels.
We then start with the bespoke design which can include a variety of the individual customer requirements including street food sales, coffee and cake sales, gin and cocktail bars, product sales and brand marketing, walk in farm shops, glamping trailers, home office or anything else a customer desires to the end design.

Stage 4 Completion and Branding
The last stage includes creative touches that make our tailors stand out from the crowd such as new 12v vintage tale and indicator lights and alternative coloured wheel arches, porthole windows, and wheels trims, the internal colour scheme include a choice of flooring colours and materials, walls and ceiling are painted to the desired colour scheme and we offer internal roof branding such as flower or botanical prints, individual customer branding which can include back lit branded panels, the trailer has a full external respray, and we can accommodate any additional requirements such as roof signs, menu boards and external branding elements to the finished design. The horsebox is then weighed and we produce and fit a new chassis plate which includes a new chassis number, ULW and MGW details for the trailer before handing our the the customer.
