All our merchandising trailer hire prices come with retail counters, back wall displays and a range of optional extras such as till counters, freestanding retail units and personalised branding on advertising doors and roof sign.
Prices for delivery setup and collection are costed separately depending on event locations (delivery/collection on the same day) – hire rate is reduced depending on location
2 days – hire rate between £220 plus VAT
3 days – hire rate between £340 plus VAT
4 days – hire rate between £430 plus VAT
5 days – hire rate between £510 plus VAT
6 or 7 days/1 week – hire rates between £640 plus VAT

All our 10-12 ft horsebox Sampling Trailers trailer hire prices come with food and drinks coolers retail counters or internal wall displays, and a range of optional extras such as till counters, freestanding retail units and personalised branding on advertising doors and roof sign.
Prices for delivery setup and collection are costed separately depending on event locations (delivery/collection on the same day) – hire rate is reduced depending on location
2 days – hire rate between £220 plus VAT
3 days – hire rate between £320 plus VAT

Our 14 ft Exhibition trailer range hire prices come with internal seating and hospitality areas as standard, back wall displays, each unit has a set of outdoor seating and tables, cafe banner systems and optional personalised branding on advertising doors and roof sign.
Prices for delivery setup and collection are costed separately depending on event locations (delivery/collection on the same day) – hire rate is reduced depending on location
2 days – hire rate between £440 plus VAT
3 days – hire rate between £490 plus VAT
4 days – hire rate between £560 plus VAT
5 days – hire rate between £640 plus VAT
6 or 7 days/1 week – hire rates between £730 plus VAT
Long Term Leasing
Trailer Leasing Prices
Prices shown is per month over a minimum of 24 month contract and covers the lease with full maintenance and insurance.
Price for delivery setup and collection is then costed separately per venue to suite the individual clients seasonal requirements
