Our range of Horsebox Trailers available for hire or lease options are a perfect choice for food festivals, PR activities, brand marketing and production, for short-term hire is a budget-friendly and time-efficient choice.

We can apply your brand and marketing messaging to the exterior of the vehicle and design and install any additional equipment that is required.

Trailer Hire Prices

All our 10-12 ft horsebox Sampling Trailers hire prices come with food and drinks coolers, fridges, freezers, kitchen sinks, vending hatches, and some models have a rear roll out bar, other models have internal wall displays, TV Monitors no slip weather proof flooring and computer tables. We also offer a range of optional extras such as out seating, tables and personalised branding on advertising doors and roof sign.

Prices for delivery setup and collection are costed separately depending on event locations (delivery/collection on the same day) – hire rate is reduced depending on location

2 days – hire rate between £480 plus VAT

3 days – hire rate between £500 plus VAT

4 days – hire rate between £560 plus VAT

6 or 7 days/1 week – hire rates between £600 plus VAT

Horsebox Trailer Leasing

We offer a unique Lease option for business clients, this includes a fully kitted out horsebox trailer conversion, designed to your individual needs and sprayed and branded to your company requirements.

This service includes trailer storage, insurance, servicing and maintenance.

Our team will deliver and setup at each event as and when required by our clients, we then return to collect the trailer when each event has finished.

Delivery, setup and collection are costed separately depending on event locations (delivery/collection on the same day) – hire rate is reduced depending on location

Minimum lease agreement 12 months

10/12 ft vintage horsebox trailer ( design includes opening side hatches, internal kitchen and work areas, shelve displays, full electrics, spotlights, under counter drinks coolers)

£340 per month plus VAT

14 ft horsebox trailer ( design includes opening side hatches, internal kitchen and work areas, shelve displays, full electrics, spotlights, under counter drinks coolers, and role out rear bar)

£460 per month plus VAT

12ft Modern style horsebox trailer ( designed with walk-in ramps, wall displays, TV Monitors, spotlights, side counter with worktops, weatherproof flooring )

£320 per month plus VAT
